    Maak woorden overbodig

     
    De zomer draagt haar laatste stralen uit
    natuurgroen spurt naar z'n eind
    en de avond die vroeger valt
    spoedt mensen eerder binnen.
     
    We beginnen aan een donkere tijd
    soms door weemoed overvallen
    zoekend naar geborgenheid.
     
    Ontvang elkaar met open armen
    nog een laatste dans
    voor de zomer sluit.
     
    Maak samen woorden overbodig.
